NC Pasta Co, New Bern, NC
Our artisan pasta is served in 5 star restaurants throughout the US but can only be purchased at street fairs/festivals or farmer's markets. We feature at least 20 different flavored pastas such as sweet red onion, roasted garlic, spicy Thai, cracked pepper. All our pasta is made using bronze dyes and is air dried for no less than 24 hrs. We are truly a unique, gourmet delight and a pasta lover's dream.
