NEWC Skateboard chairs and tables are a patented design created to be comfortable, practical, yet beautiful art pieces. They merge the artistic expressions that each skater displays on their boards with the Artist/Designer's vision and create functional art pieces. In gathering materials the Artist (not a skater) met many at risk young men and women in their skate park environments. The process of getting to know them and being accepted fully into their world was rife with wonderful stories and surprising encounters.
