Our menu consists of gourmet hamburgers and hotdogs as well as festival favorite items like funnel cakes, natchos and sausage on a stick and pizza. Our hamburgers and hotdogs include a “meal deal” which includes a bag of chips and a choice from three different drinks, so customers do not have to purchase sandwich and drinks separately causing them to stand in multiple lines. Festivals where drink sales are reserved to the festival promoter can be accommodated by offering homemade tea or not including the drink purchase in the meal deal. All of these features are accommodated from a fully equipped 35 foot trailer (when operating) that services the customer from a rear walk-up ramp designed to accommodate wheel chair and other handicapped patrons. Our trailer requires 9 feet of public access but is 35 feet deep, and can be fully self contained (water, sewer and generator) or hook ups for any of the promoter provided utilities. Due to exhaust and make up fans and refrigeration, a 110 (or 220) 50 amp electric is required to operate the Not Just A Burger trailer.
