Serving Kranom Krok (grilled coconut pudding) - a mixture of rice flour and coconut cream that is cooked in a dimpled cast-iron pan. Once the batter is cooked, a sweet coconut milk w/chives topping is added.
We also serve Khanom Babin (fried Taro coconut batter).
