I have long been an art lover and consider myself a creative person. I now enjoy making earrings, necklaces, headbands, scarves and hats which are unique and different. I have a DIY spirit which allows me to try different ideas using new, old and recycled materials.
Not long ago I was stung by a mosquito, infected with West Nile Virus which left me totally paralyzed. After many years of therapy, I've regained limited mobility in my hands and arms. This has allowed me to renew my love for making things and has given me joy to create projects again.
I am excited with lots of ideas in my head! I hope you'll wear my creations in good health and enjoy compliments from your friends!
I'm also excited to be getting back into the craft show scene. I've exhibited at Wilmette French Market, local church shows and Bucktown's annual Christmas fair. None of which could be done without the help of my family and friends.
