~Scottish Shortbread Our shortbread simply melts in in your mouth. We use only the finest ingredients without using either food colorings or preservatives. Recipes include, our traditional, chocolate chip, lemon, orange, lime, strawberry, cherry, cherry & chocolate chip, raspberry, raspberry & chocolate chip, peppermint, peppermint & chocolate chip, and ginger-cinnamon spice. All of the flavors come directly from either fruits or plants, so there are no artificial flavorings, just flour, butter, and sugar. And, yes we would be happy to make any of these using Splenda. Our family has been making this great recipe for six generations
