The Native American Indian Association of Tennessee is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization representing the 25,000+ Native Americans living in Tennessee. Our goal is to provide social and supportive services and cultural revitalization for Native Americans. We provide education support and scholarships, social and supportive services (including emergency assistance) for low income and homeless Native Americans. This event is our primary fundraiser for these programs.

We provide cultural revitalization celebrating the Native American heritage and history in our state by sponsoring the Annual NAIA Pow-Wow and Fall Festival during the 3rd weekend every October at Long Hunter State Park. All performers, demonstrators and vendors are required to be enrolled members of federally or state-recognized Native American tribes. All products sold must be made by Native Americans.
