Neil Stuart Coffey, Newport News, VA
I grew up in Newport News ,Virginia. I was interested in art at a young age and studying under my mother,who was a superb amature artist, I became aware that I had inherited some of her talent. taking normal art classes at school, my work was often featured at a young age. Upon leaving high school ,baseball became my quest and life took its course and I was seperated from my love for art and time to express art for many years as I traveled playing baseball, my first love. In my later years, I have found time to begin once again to create works in art and poetry. I hope that some of my art has the ability to touch anyone in anyway shape or form in a positive and pleasent manner.
