Chef Roque was North Carolina's Chef of the Year in 2016 & 2017. Her brick and mortar restaurant Never Blue Tapas Bar has been appeasing the masses for over 15 years in the beautiful mountain town of Hendersonville, located just outside of Asheville in Western North Carolina.
