Eclectic, award winning food truck owner Chef Jesse Roque takes the tastes of her award winning, globally inspired tapas restaurant on the road. Chef Roque was North Carolina's Chef of the Year in 2016 & 2017. Her brick and mortar restaurant Never Blue Tapas Bar has been appeasing the masses for over 15 years in the beautiful mountain town of Hendersonville, located just outside of Asheville in Western North Carolina.
