In 1997 nine members of the Society of Decorative Painters Chapters in the New England and Albany, NY area joined hands to form the New England Chapters Council. Together we have hosted 'New England Traditions' a decorative painting convention in the Northeast, where attendees, teachers and vendors gather to share their techniques, designs and supplies. We offer classes by profesionnal teachers in many mediums, a juried art show and an artist's trade show open to the public Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
