Nicole Harry is a lifestyle designer! She was born in Providence, RI and currently resides in Chicago, IL. In 2007, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design in Chicago, allowing her to realize her childhood dream of becoming an interior designer. Little did she know, Nicole would come to design more than just interior spaces, and her design expertise would extend to jewelry and helping others to design their own lifestyles.
Nicole has always held a positive outlook on life, even through the struggles and obstacles she faced during her childhood. While Nicole has endured hard times, she has always strived to reach her goals and receive her blessings. In 2009, Nicole started Nicole Designs All (NDA), a design company focusing on interior and jewelry design.
Nicole Harry for NDA is Nicole’s collection of one-of a kind jewelry pieces. Nicole is inspired by natural forms and structures, both in nature and architecture. Nicole’s objective is to create custom jewelry pieces that reflect the personal flair of her clients, and provide both style and function.
Nicole is heavily influenced by art nouveau, avant-garde, and contemporary design aesthetics. Nicole has a keen eye for shape, which lends to her designs twisted and curvy form. Nicole employs the ancient technique of wire wrapping to create her unique designs. Semi-precious stones, crystals, fresh water pearls, and feathers, are some of her favorite objects from nature to incorporate into her designs. However, Nicole can use just about anything to create stunning pieces. Nicole’s design philosophy is that anything can be turned into beauty.
Since Nicole created her first piece for Nicole Harry for NDA, Nicole’s jewelry has been in high demand. In 2012, Nicole Harry was the first independent Chicago designer to hold a show in Chicago’s iconic, Millennium Park. Nicole has become a favorite among up and coming fashion designers, and has created beautiful collections for designers in Chicago and New York City. Nicole Harry for NDA designs have been seen on the runways during New York City fashion week for both the Fall/Winter 2012 and the Spring/Summer 2013 collections. In addition to partnering with fashion designers, Nicole has also created custom pieces for gift bags for numerous events around the country. In 2012, Nicole Harry for NDA designs were featured in the gift bags for Eye On Black, Centric Networks Pre-Oscar Gala honoring African American contributions to film.
Nicole currently owns two businesses (NDA and Beyond Ur Dreams Travel) and is always striving to empower others to achieve their goals in life. Through hard work and unshakeable faith, Nicole has made her dreams a reality, and is setting out to help others do the same.
