Miss Lana's influences in herbalism come from Western, Native American and Family Folk medicine.
She has trained alongside the Amazing Kathleen Gould, RH(AHG) and Madalyn Johnson Herbalist of South West Herb in Mesa! Extended Course works include Susun Weed (AHG), Fay Johnstone ( Shamanic Reiki Master/SH of the UK) to name a few.
Her gifts are in proceeding to her Grand Mother and Great Grandmother who were both Healers in their rite. She is following in their footsteps a Spiritual Facilitator.
She also is passionate about Cooking, Energy Work, Painting, Writing, House Cleansings, and Ethno Botanicals.
Her thoughts are: “We have the power, knowledge, and tools to heal and be healthy. So many of us have past trauma that lingers into illness, I'm just simply there to help guide, inform and connect. Wellness starts at the Root!”.
