NORIS CUISINE. I create authentic food from my native country of Venezuela, where I grew up working in my parents family restaurant. Creating delicious food is part of who I am. I am best known for my arepas (these are corn pockets stuffed with savory meats & cheese) and empanadas which are similar to hot pockets or calzones but made with ground corn. One of the best things about the food that most of the food that I create is made with gluten free ingredients .
