I have been organizing and running craft shows at North Bay Community Church for the past 14 years. I handle notifying craft vendors with our letter of registration containing our guidelines. We then offer our vendors volunteer help in setting up and a coupon for a free beverage/doughnut. I handle the publicity and notify vendors of all online sites used.
