The Mermaid Festival is a festival for the town of North Webster Indiana and surrounding areas. e have food vendors, craft vendors, merchants, a carnival, entertainment, a demolition derby. In addition we have a Cutie parade for the kids and a general parade where we invite High School bands to march and compete. We have a Queen of Lakes pageant as well as a Cutie King & Queen pageant that the winners earn scholarship money
