This sandwich is ten ounces of pork loin. The fat has been trimmed off and is coated with a fine cracker crumb breading. It is deep fired and is delicious. With bun and condiments it weighs over one pound. I have included a photo to give you a visual of this sandwich. The tenderloin is on a five-inch bun.
This is a hot dog with a natural casing. When deep fried it splits up the side. They are crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Our customers love them.
Because our sausages are deep fried it sears the entire casing at one time trapping most of the juices that normally exude from sausages. Making it the juiciest sausage you’ve ever eaten. We have these sausages made especially for us. It’s not only our recipe but it’s also a finer grind than you will normally find in a sausage, which makes the inside much more consistent in texture. You won’t find a piece in this sausage that is harder and stands out.
