I am very much drawn to nature and especially the sea. On the other hand I enjoy the grind of living in a big city, and the challenge it takes to keep life feeling calm and fluid. I suppose my work is a reflection of just that. My pieces are an exploration of balance of form and function meeting expression and simplicity.
All of my pieces are handmade highfire stoneware. My work is generally geared toward dishware and kitchen goods.
