What: Christmas Craft Fair and Antique Valuation
When: Saturday 24 Nov, 8am – 2pm
Where: OLQP Camilleri Hall, 198 Old Prospect Road, Greystanes, 2145
Our Lady Queen of Peace (OLQP) parish in Greystanes is again holding its highly popular Craft Fair and Antique Valuation event on Saturday 24 November to raise funds for Parkinson NSW. This fair is held twice a year a week before Mother's Day and in November.
This is the 4th Craft Fair organised by volunteers of OLQP and features 35 stalls from all over Sydney, selling quality Christmas decorations and gifts, baby wear, home-made décor, kitchen goods, edible treats, scarves and bags, jewellery, potted violets and plants and much more.
Apart from the craft items for sale, one stall holder is professional photographer offering photos with Santa. Why not avoid the queues for Santa pictures by getting them done at the craft fair?
A unique draw card of the Craft Fair is the professional Antique Valuations. Available from 9am, everyone is encouraged to bring along special treasures or family heirlooms and paintings to see how much they are really worth. Instead of bringing large paintings with you, the valuation can be done from a photo of the painting and artist signature. Each valuation $5.00.
Just over a month before Christmas, the Craft Fair will have special gift ideas for everyone on your list, and don't forget the teachers, work colleagues and special friends.
Profits from the craft Fair will be donated to Parkinson NSW which aims to provides information, counselling and support to people living with Parkinson's disease, their partners, carers and families.
This is a great social day out for the whole family with traditional Devonshire teas and a fantastic sausage sizzle serving breakfast and lunch from 8am.
