I started designing jewelry 45 years ago, when a friend gave me her broken necklace. I bought some findings and complimentery beads and came up with a design I really liked. I have been creating jewelry ever since. (I still have that piece and wear it often) My styles and mediums have changed over the years, from craft store beads, to polymer clay and now re-pupoused items that I turn into Victorian inspired designs. I find most of my materials at Antique Fairs, flee markets and on-line actions. I love digging through boxes of dusty, rusty stuff. You never know what treasures some one has pulled down from their Grandma's attic, or rescued from a demolition site.
