The 48th annual Parkers Prairie Fall Festival. August 6th, 7th and 8th.
Our festival committee has exciting news to share. The local fire departments have scheduled a rodeo on the night of Friday, August 6th, at the industrial park in east Parkers Prairie. This event is estimated to bring 1500-2000 people to our area, which promises to kick off the Fall Festival in a big way. Only our local organizations will be selling food at the rodeo Friday night.
The Fall Festival City Park activities will kick off on Saturday, August 7th will be an event packed schedule, starting at 10:00 a.m. with craft / retailers, bean bag tournament, tomahawk throwing, open aquatic center, burn-out, followed by a dance with fireworks at dusk. Sunday is extremely busy after the 12:00 p.m. parade, car show, live music, pedal tractor pulls. We are excited to kick off the festival with you.
