Parma Animal Shelter works to prevent animal cruelty, abuse, and neglect, increase public awareness and appreciation of companion animals, educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering to control animal over-population. PAS has over 200 volunteers supporting the shelter caring for over 500 animals housed each year and to help the public find a lost companion animal or care for an orphaned animal.
