I began painting using acrylics on canvas about 2 years ago. Through a personal art teacher and some classes and tutorials on-line I have developed a Contemporary Abstract style.
Several years ago I did painting on canvas using oils while taking adult education classes. My previous art education included a wonderful art history and appreciation class as an undergraduate at Drew University. That class included a charcoal sketching lab once a week using a live model.
My education background includes a BA in psychology from Drew University, a MS from Central CT State College and an MBA in finance from the University of Hartford.
