The Portland Festival is an annual community festival in the Portland neighborhood located in Louisville, KY. It is a celebration of the pride, passion, and deep roots shared by generations of Portland families. For over 40 years people have been coming to reconnect with friends and family in Portland the first Friday and Saturday in June.
