We produce an all natural spice blend for making salsa and a Rub for all cuts of meat, produce, and poultry.
This salsa has been produced by our family sense 1985. In 2013 we quit making jarred salsa and reduced our
recipe to all natural spices. We are a family owned business and currently incorporated in Arkansas and Texas, as
Pratt Family Food Products, Inc.
The original recipe was developed by my brother, Don Pratt, while working in Scottsdale, AZ in 1985. He
passed way 15 yrs ago, leaving his recipe to me. We have now sent our salsa to 17 different states.
Pratt Family is our Trade Name.
I have been self employed for 30 years and love this business. I obtained a Mdiv Graduate degree from
Midwestern Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Mo.
Currently I hold the office of President and my two sons, Clayton and Adam are corporate officers as well.
