From fairytale weddings to outside festivals, using their unique authentic Tuscan, wood-fired oven, our mission is to use the best of local ingredients to provide superior service and the creation and presentation of food that you and your guests won't soon forget.
We specialize in true authentic wood fired Tuscan pizzas. We also feature wings with our award winning sauce. The unique mobile oven allows us to be completely sustainable while being on site.
Chef, Logan Schalk, is a Cordon Blue and Scottsdale Culinary Institute Graduate with 15 years experience in the food and beverage industry. He is also Serve Safe certified and is a Procter for the state of Virginia. Our entire staff has a combined total of 50+ years in the industry. We look forward to serving you!
