For over 21 years, the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival has served as one of the largest Hispanic/Latino festivals in Virginia showcasing the diversity and beauty of Hispanic & Latin American cultures in the capital city of Virginia. The goal of this festival is to bring a cultural and educational experience to Virginia and to also further the economic development of the amazing local businesses, artisans, food vendors, entertainers, and more!
