I have a small catering business and want to expand to Fairs and Festivals. I have been in the Food Service Industry for over 30 years. I would like to serve my BBQ Pork, Chicken, Brisket and Ribs. I would also in time like to incorporate my many years cooking flavorfull Cajun and Creole foods, such as Gumbo and Ettoufee. I would also like todo a few desserts such as my Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding. I have a 12 ft. trailor with a Southern Pride Smoker, deep Fat fryers, grill, tent, chairs, tables and a lot of extras at my disposal. I am lookin forward to getting my feet in the door of what I know to be a close group of hard workers...
