Ragamuffin Expressions: Watercolor and other media specializing in animal and children's pieces. Artist Laurie Henry, a long time science teacher combines her love for animals and children with her artistic expression. Having picked up a paintbrush for the first time in 2010, Laurie has found her new love by splashing bits of color onto paper and seeing what will happen. Laurie is a mother to Cory and Cody, her adult sons, and wife to her college love, Joe. Laurie loves creative expression that glorifies God, from whom she gets her talent. She loves camping and canoing as well as spending time with her family and friends.
