Rajesh Saggi is a contemporary visual artist who is one of the first Indian Americans to become a significant artist in New York City. He is a painter, illustrator, and photographer. In 1965, Saggi debuted as one of the first Indian Americans to achieve success as an artist in New York City. He also helped launch the careers of other Indian-American artists like Anuja Elam and David Sosu.
