Shipping & Order Processing: At Rawhide Studio we like to keep shipping simple! U.S. orders of $55 or less ship USPS 1st Class for $3.50. U.S. orders of $56 or more ship FREE!
APO Addresses- We ship orders of up to $55 for $5.95 Priority Mail and orders over $56 ship Priority Mail for FREE
International - If you are an international customer, please contact us for a shipping quote. We want to be sure that everyone has a chance to be, "Ahead of the Herd in Jewelry Design"!
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days
Refunds and Exchanges:
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition"
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Rawhide Studio immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items if seller is not at fault.
