Ready Never brings Beny Ed's lyrical wit and natural stage presence together with Chilean composer and music producer Rudi Meibergen, whose experience on the Chilean pop and rock scene coupled with his commercial work and symphonic orchestrations feed equally into this fruitful collaboration. Together they have teamed up with Sean Mahaffey on the live show front, as well as various other artists as they continue to develop and expand.
Ready Never was formed by Beny and Rudi, the partnership was born in late 2011. Beny was on tour in South America as the bass player for spanish rock star, Beto Cuevas, when he met Rudi in Santiago, Chile. Rudi was the frontman for the alternative rock band, Weiza, which had a strong following in Chile, and was also studying to become a music composer for film and theater. The two shared there common interest in pop music and culture and decided to start writing music together via the internet. When Beny returned to Los Angeles, Rudi began sending sketches of ideas for songs. The process went on until Beny returned to Chile in December of 2012 to continue writing and recording material and developing what was becoming the original "Ready Never" sound. They were having fun producing catchy electronic pop songs charting there experience working together and mocking theres and what they observed as societies modern plight; such as soon to be released songs with titles like "Casualties" and "Me, Myself, and I" as well as their recently released songs, "Take that Pill" and "Tell Me".
Ready Never is releasing a song every month throughout 2013 and has developed a dynamic and strong live show, ready for all stages, big and small. Beny works with fellow bass player and DJ Sean Mahaffey as they make up what is being viewed as Version 1.0 of Ready Never Live; Beny takes to the microphone with keyboards close at hand while Sean uses Laptops, synthesizers, and drum pads with an electric bass standing in between them, ready for either of them to utilize throughout the show - a show filled with the original songs written and produced throughout 2012 bridged by up-beat instrumental segue-ways mixing dub-step, house, and funky electronic grooves that keep the show moving and flowing all the way through.
Ready Never released a preview offered through the music video for there original song, "Assistant Press Play" , which features the famous monkey from "Friends" and The Hangover" playing the keyboards. The video was released on YouTube in late September 2012 and earning more than 300,000 unique hits within 5 days with friends clamoring for more; the video is now close to reaching 1 Million views. Ready Never is now in the process of getting a booking agent, and taking its act out on the road; showcases are also taking places in Los Angeles on a monthly basis throughout 2013.
