My wife and I own a small family business called Rickey's Jerky. We have teams that sale our jerky locally to the national level. We are also in some stores. We very much want to grow and have more room for team members. Our jerky is made from 100% USDA choice beef.
Our flavors range from traditional to adventurous to exotic meats to unique combinations. We have jerky that is healthy and natural as well as old school styles. Our exotic meats depend on supply and demand. Typically, we have alligator, bison, kangaroo, camel, rabbit, duck, antelope, elk, and venison. We may have other exotic meat depending on the season.
