River Arts, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in charge of the Cow Chip Arts and Craft Fair. This fair is part of the larger Cow Chip Festival, which annually sees over 40,000 visitors every Labor Day Weekend. The Art and Craft Fair is always the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and we host 150 vendors showing a wide variety of handmade items.
