The Robinson Festival, formerly known as Rocktober Fest, is the annual Robinson Festival set to take place Saturday, September 21st in Robinson Texas (southeast of Waco). The festival began as something fun for the residents of Robinson to attend and enjoy as well as to encourage tourism to the City of Robinson. The first year we saw an attendance around 1500 and by our third year, we attracted over 3500 people. Our hope is this annual event will grow to a much larger scale such as festivals like; the Great Mosquito Texas Festival, Chili Fest, and Holland-Corn Festival.

The Festival will encompass an array of musical acts beginning in the afternoon. There is our famous Kids Rock area that opens with the gates and includes several free and low-cost activities such as a petting zoo, zip line, inflatables, face painting, trackless train rides, pony rides, rock wall, and V4 bungee jump. There will be a vendor area, live music, the George's Big' O Tent, and a Game Day Viewing Area for the adults to enjoy. The event doesn't stop there, it will offer contests such as; a goat roping and annual washer tournament. The event kicks off with a color run at 9 a.m. at the Robinson ISD Primary and benefits the Robinson ISD Education Foundation.

The Robinson Festival held in Robinson, Texas is an enjoyable event for the entire family. For more information follow us on Facebook @RobinsonFestival.
