The Rochester Association of the Performing Arts(RAPA) is the oldest community music school in upstate New York.Our mission is to provide professional training to children and adults who express an interest in learning skills for a career or for personal enjoyment,and to provide alternative,positive directions for youth of all ages.RAPA is a not for profit organization that is chartered by the NYS Board of Regents.RAPA does not discriminate against race,color,creed,national origin,disability,or marital status.
