The staff of the HOPE Center reflecting the community it serves is here to help guide you through the process of staying HIV negative and healthy. For those that are HIV infected we offer comprehensive services with the goal of keeping you adherent to medications so that you can achieve viral suppression and lead a normal and healthy life. We are working with health care providers from across the state to achieve the Ends of the Epidemic by 2020 as outlined by Governor Cuomo and the NYSDOH AIDS Institute.
