Routes & Blues, a pre-festival outreach program of the 21st annual Salmon Arm Roots & Blues Festival, offers 8 glorious days of Shuswap exploration, tying local communities, hikes and other outdoor activities, regional food, community meals, and satellite concerts all together in an experiential smorgasbord. Occurring on the first two weekends of August 2013, Routes & Blues aims to bring the Shuswap community together with visitors from outside the region in a celebration of music, local culture, and friendship, all within the context of the stunning Shuswap landscape.
