I'm a "starving artist". I've had this artistic gift since I was in 3rd grade. No one else in my family can draw, paint, create like I can. I'm happy to call it my own talent and wish to make a living off of doing what I was born to do. Sadly, I have not been so lucky with that. Just a few sales and projects here and there. I love what I do.
My sister once told me:
"Sarah, you paint cause you love it and if you so happen to sell it, good for you. A lot of people paint to sell and it usually doesn't turn out as good as yours do. You have heart in what your painting."
