Bill “Sauce Boss” Wharton brings his original funky Florida blues, his own brand of hot sauce, and his gumbo to every show. It's a participatory event, and at the end everyone gets a sample. Sauce Boss is featured by Jimmy Buffett in his “I Will Play for Gumbo” song and has been a favorite at festivals and events in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia for the past 35+ years. He currently tours both as a one-man band and with a trio. His performances are energetic and engaging.
