With a name like “Sex Pixels,” one would expect a loud, outrageous, over-the-top duo of hardcore partiers with zero regard for noise ordinances or genres. And on certain occasions your expectations would match reality. But more importantly, this duo of San Francisco based producers and DJ's is known for composing lush and energetic live sets, regardless of venue. Bay Area natives, Tyler Tan and Brendan Trudell, gained attention after winning the 2011 Lightning In A Bottle Festival Mix Competition, and since then, their acclaimed live sets have followed suit, dosing dance music enthusiasts with their signature "Sextronika" sound.
