I've been working in the food industry for over 20 years. I've worked at Lakeland Yacht Club, LRMC and have also been a personal chef. I've assisted with opening restaurants including Grillsmith and Mama N,ems. I'm now branching out with my new food truck Big Baby Bitez specializing in BBQ.
