Shelter Outreach Services of Ohio is a low- cost, nonprofit spay and neuter clinic serving low income families and animal rescue organizations in the greater Columbus area. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of shelter animals and companion animals of low income families by providing affordable veterinary care and to help reduce the home- less pet population through spay/neuter programs.
