Shigaraki Yakishime Masters & alliance (SYMa): located in Shigaraki, Japan. It consists with 35 Yakishime potters (only use wood kiln without use of glaze) and local business strategic professionals, including the local museum staff, the local bank, and the city government staff, with an aim of Shigaraki to become a world-best Yakishime production site.
