It all started with a question and a desire to learn more. What else could I crochet beside scarfs and beanies? For years I had worked as a Caregiver to many cute little old ladies. I would notice their crocheted doilies and I admired its beauty. I learned some tips from them and that crochet needles came in tiny sizes.
So ten years ago I started making crochet jewelry for fun. I was already making beaded jewelry for myself and friends. Next came the encourage and support to take things to the next level. I wanted a jewelry line that truly reflects what I love and who Shoney (me) is. A jewelry line filled with color, inspired by nature, fun and bold. So ShoneyLee Handmade Jewelry was born and is here to stay. I believe dreamers have more fun and im excited to share my dream with you.
