We are formerly Desert Swirl Frozen Yogurt, which has been in business for over 30 years in the same location in Phoenix. My wife and I recently sold DSFY in order to start a mobile soft serve business. We attended 3 plant based, vegan festivals 2019 (One in Scottsdale and2 in Portland, OR) and were the most popular booth at at these events (I can provide references)! We were scheduled to attend 7 other festivals 2020, how ever due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all were canceled. With the relaxing of government restrictions, we are now looking to book out for 2021. We serve only the Almond Milk Swirl, which is a non-dairy, gluten free product on cones or bio-degradable bowls. We do NOT offer toppings such as sprinkles because this creates a mess around our booth, and plus we want to keep the operation as simple as possible. keep the model simple and clean. The Almond Milk swirl can be flavored in 7 different flavors and the application process makes a pleasing visual product. We operate in one or two 10X10 pop-up. Also, the picture attached was taken before we changed our name to Simple Swirl. Our website (Simpleswirl.com) has a few mistakes and we are working to correct them ASAP. We will have new social media in the very near future as we included all social media in the sale of Desert Swirl. We are an independent business, and pwe will employ local workers to assist us. We pride ourselves on not only delivering a tasty unique product to our customers, but also in our clean, uncomplicated operation. Our product is a dry mix that can be prepared on or off site, and is mixed with water only: no complicated cooking or prep work needed. We are a unique addition to any festival or event as you cannot get our product in most places for now. We are excited to join as many events as is possible.
