Silver by Skip is a return to early 1970's when Skip, as a college student, took a part time job at a jewelry store in Flagstaff, Arizona. Three years later when he left to start a career he had learned stone cutting and silver smithing from some truly great artists. Today, 45 years later, retired and ready for something new, he instead chose something old by picking up a torch and returning to a craft he loved long ago.
