Smokin Flavor was established in January of 2020, right before Covid hit.
While we will be categorized as a BBQ company, we previously owned a catering company in New York. During that time we contracted with country clubs, yacht clubs and resorts holding the food and beverage licenses.
Our logo says, "more than just BBQ" and with our decades in the hospitality industry that is more than just a part of our logo.
We have two mobile smokers (Southern Pride SPX500, Lang 84 Deluxe) with a total capacity close to 1000 pounds of product, to make any size event a successful venture.
