I started making jewelry for myself several years ago, then as gifts for friends and relatives. I was encouraged by people to open an Etsy shop and start selling online. I am self taught and have learned to make jewelry by reading books, watching tutorials online and talking with people at craft shows or bead stores. I like big, bright and bold colors and styles. I love big earrings and unique beads. Recently I've been experimenting with polyclay and it seems to be a medium I really enjoy. The beach and ocean are an inspiration to me, so you will see a lot of sea shells and beach related items in my shop.
