Southfork Smokeshack is the realization of a long time passion for bringing a smile to people through their stomach. Mike developed the burn to produce bbq that would have people asking for more many years ago with a little Brinkman smoker. That initial venture got friends and relatives encouraging him to do more and more which brings us to the present. Kathy has always been a supporter and official taste-tester and good with people. Together we've decided to make this venture our "retirement" and be able to travel some and hopefully pay for it by helping other people get what they want - good food at a reasonable price. After many years in the retail environment, we look forward to meeting you as we travel around to different festivals.
