Sydne Spencer is an artist specializing in scratchboard portraits of animals and people. The main body of work is black and white and both prints and originals are available. Commissions are accepted and a payment plan is available. Ms Spencer is an active member of the International Society of Scratchboard Artists and has been juried into the 2014 International Scratchboard Exhibition.
